Engine: 3.5L V6 EcoBoost (van tune) (Ford EcoBoost, 3.5L)

Derated van calibration of the 3.5L EcoBoost: 310 hp / 400 lb-ft across the run (strong low-end tune for load hauling, not the truck rating). T-150/T-250/T-350 nomenclature; EcoBoost availability by GVW varies by model year - confirm by VIN before ordering parts. The 3.7L (2015-2019) and 3.5L PFDi non-turbo (2020+) V6s and the diesels are separate engines - out of scope here. MY2020+: available AWD, 10-speed automatic.

• CAC-condensation shudder fix: the Gen1 pattern (humid-day single shudder after light-throttle cruising) traces to pooled condensate in the charge-air cooler
• Ignition service for the boost-stressed 3.5L EcoBoost: misfire DTCs first, then plugs and the failed coil(s)
• Cam-phaser rattle / timing-chain service: the cold-start rattle and cam-timing DTCs (P0011/P0015-P0019/P0365/P0369) span generations - Gen2 got formal TSBs (20-2191/20-2166/20-2315) and the 21N08/21B10-S1 PCM-reprogram field actions; Gen1 carries the chain-wear story (TSB 17-0026)
