Recipes

Cooling service for the 6.2L Boss: pressure-test, then water pump, thermostat and outlet as wear items (mode fm-g62-cooling-service)

Exhaust manifold leak repair for the 6.2L Boss (mode fm-g62-exhaust-manifold-leaks): cold-start tick at the flange and exhaust smell in the bay

Long crank or low rail pressure on a high-mileage 6.2L Boss: port injection, no high-pressure pump - measure delivery and rule out the electrical side before buying parts (mode fm-g62-fuel-delivery)

Ignition service for the 6.2L Boss (mode fm-g62-ignition-service): the SOHC 2v Boss runs TWO plugs per cylinder - lead plugs (CYFS-12-FP) and secondary plugs (HJFS-24FP) - so a full service is 16 plugs, not 8
