Part record
6.0L Power Stroke VGT Turbocharger (reman / upgraded)
aggregated
BrandGarrett reman / aftermarket
All 2003-2007 6.0L; E-Series 2004-2010 uses the same VGT hardware. At the edge of the reliability scope; listed because a stuck VGT is a common driveability complaint. Cleaning the unison ring is the cheaper first step.
What this record does and doesn't claim
The VGT turbo is at the edge of the reliability scope. That the unison ring / vanes gum up with soot is well documented (see fm-6-0-turbo-vgt-stick, tier verified), and Ford has a dedicated carbon-deposit bulletin. But a specific reman / replacement turbo part number and its spec are not pinned here - a stuck VGT is usually cleaned first, and turbo choice (reman OEM vs upgraded) depends on the truck's goals.
