Square-style (engines built ~2003-09-22 and after: most of MY2004, all MY2005-2007, all E-Series 2004-2010): the Ford catalog carries a supersession chain 4C3Z-9P456-AC (discontinued) -> -AF -> -AH -> -AJ; order the latest live suffix (-AH or -AJ). Early and late EGR coolers AND intake manifolds are NOT interchangeable - the square cooler is longer (21.5in vs 18in) and the intake-manifold support-bolt locations differ.
