Symptoms
- misfire DTCs on specific cylinders
- rough running that follows a coil swap
- hesitation under load on worn plugs

Root cause
Coil-on-plug V6 with long-reach plugs in deep wells; misfires track plugs then coils. NHTSA ignition cluster is thin (3) - service-routine record.
Diagnosis
- read misfire counters per cylinder; swap the coil to confirm
- inspect plugs for wear/gap; replace at interval
- check for oil fouling (ties back to the housing leak)
