All 2003-2007 6.0L. The engine uses TWO thermostats, both 190 F (88 C): Ford 3C3Z-8575-AA (Intl 1839304C92) and 4C4Z-8575-AA (Intl 1837971C91). Thermostat o-ring: Ford 3C3Z-8255-AA. Replace both with the water pump.
