6.0L Power Stroke EGR Cooler, upgraded (Bullet Proof Diesel)

Square-style: 6.0L engines built from ~2003-09-22 (the very start of MY2004) through 2007, plus all E-Series 2004-2010. A small early-MY2004 build window (VIN engine code 4EA) kept the round-style cooler - verify by sight (round 18in vs square 21.5in body) or build date before ordering. The round-style variant NT-EGRC-0 fits MY2003 and that early-2004 window. Round-tube upgraded core; more resistant to thermal-cycle cracking than the OEM square-tube cooler. Replaces Ford 4C3Z-9P456-AC (square). CORRECTION 2026-09-08: an earlier draft put the round/square break at 'late-2004'; vendor fitment FAQs (Bullet Proof Diesel, Sinister, Go-Parts) pin it to the ~2003-09-22 build break.
