Ford 9C3Z-8101-B (Motorcraft RS-527, 16 psi; the same cap also serves 7.3L / 6.4L / 6.7L applications; replaces 8C3Z-8101-A / 9C3Z-8101-A / YC3Z-8100-AA and others). NOTE: the van BOTTLE is a different PN (4C2Z-8A080-AA) - only the cap is shared. A failed cap causes false overheating / coolant-push symptoms; cheap; replace early and rule out before diagnosing head gasket or EGR cooler.
