All 2003-2007 6.0L; E-Series 2004-2010 runs the same engine (use the kit maker's van-specific SKU where offered - hose routing differs on vans). Adds a serviceable spin-on filter to the coolant circuit to catch casting sand and silicate dropout. Not a factory feature.
