EGR job for the F-150 3.0L Power Stroke (mode EGR bypass valve / EGR cooler faults (recall 20E04)): P2457 and bypass-valve codes. FIRST check recall/campaign 20E04 (EGR bypass valve) by VIN - the campaign may cover the repair. The dealer catalog does not service the valve or cooler separately: the complete EGR assembly (cooler + valve) is the part.

Install order
- check campaign 20E04 status by VIN at a dealer before ordering anything
- read codes: P2457 = cooler performance path; bypass-valve codes the valve path - both end at the same assembly on this engine
- replace the EGR assembly, new gaskets (order per VIN), clear and drive-cycle
