Install order
- pressure-test cold; verify fan-clutch engagement under load before condemning the radiator
- renew the tested component: pump seep/bearing growl, thermostat, fan clutch
- radiator only on seam/seep evidence; bleed per procedure after refill
Expected outcome
Stable temps under tow, no seep, fan clutch engaging on cue.
Do not
- do not replace the radiator before testing the cheaper wear items
