EB-specific module per the 2013 fuel-tank rows: CL3Z-9H307-A = Two-Wheel Drive, CL3Z-9H307-B = Four-Wheel Drive ("6 Cyl 3.5L DOHC TIVCT"); the 9L3Z-9H307-D/-E/-F rows on the same page are the gas engines (3.7L PFI / 4.6L / 5.0L / 6.2L) and are NOT the EcoBoost module. Card windows: CL3Z-9H307-A 2011-2014 (Replaces BL3Z-9H307-C), DL3Z-9H307-A 2012-2014 (Replaces CL3Z-9H307-B) - order per driveline; for a 2011 4WD truck verify the VIN with a dealer (the 4WD chain starts at CL3Z-9H307-B 2012-2013 in the dealer catalog).
